A founding partner of Diversity, Toni specializes in creative concept development, implementation of targeted marketing campaigns, and execution of high-impact collateral materials. Toni has managed contracts for federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Marines, and NIH/National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Under Toni’s leadership, DOL’s Campaign for Disability Employment extended its reach and built awareness among employers as well as individuals with disabilities. Diversity’s launch strategy powered the Campaign’s English and Spanish television PSAs into the top 2% of Nielsen rankings, added 12,000 followers on social media, and recruited prominent national partner organizations. A former newspaper reporter, producer, and news writer for the New York affiliates of ABC and Fox, Toni previously served as marketing director for the New Jersey Commerce & Economic Growth Commission.
