Susan Gilbert Cohen
Susan has served as Diversity’s marketing strategist since the firm was established and assumed the role of Managing Partner in 2015. Her public and private industry expertise spans market research and analysis, strategic program development, partnership cultivation, and writing. Her research outcomes have served as the foundation for highly successful, long-term initiatives for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy, Rutgers University and New Jersey Child Support Institute, among many others.
Susan has deep experience in building on program platforms to create and implement customized marketing communications campaigns that raise awareness, educate and engage key audiences, change consumer behavior, and drive action. Susan began her career in market research and analysis at PricewaterhouseCoopers and served as a strategic planner at Philip Morris (Altria Group). She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
