A founding partner of Diversity, Pam specializes in media and public relations, strategic communications, and multi-media content development. Pam has managed contracts for federal agencies and public institutions including the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Labor, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and Newark Public Library. Under Pam’s leadership, USDA’s Biosecurity For Birds national public education campaign expanded to include print and digital advertising campaigns, online contests, production of an annual calendar in English and Spanish, recruitment of a campaign spokesperson, strategic partnerships, outreach to professional and enthusiast organizations, and audience engagement through webinars, Twitter chats, and other events. A former Gannett newspaper reporter, Pam previously managed communications for all municipal departments in Newark, New Jersey’s largest city, and served as press secretary to a former mayor for nearly two decades.
