Marilynn is a senior strategist who specializes in content marketing and technology. She served as the lead marketing executive for O, the Oprah Magazine and Every Day with Rachael Ray, and as Vice President/General Manager for Reader’s Digest Association. For the U.S. Department of Labor, Marilynn developed the framework for a new marketing strategy to engage private employers in the recruitment, hiring, retention, and advancement of people with disabilities. Marilynn synthesized findings from research conducted by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with insights from behavioral economics and resources developed by technical assistance centers, disability advocates, and other sources to build a strategy that spans communications, talent management, and organizational change. A graduate of Northwestern University, Marilynn holds a Masters in Arts Management from the University of Michigan.
