Laura manages the systems, processes, and resources that support the strategic marketing and communications services for which Diversity is known. Described as “unflappable” by clients and colleagues, Laura has a proven track record in coordinating multi-discipline teams with maximum efficiency, accuracy, organization and attention to detail. Her 20+ years of agency experience includes public relations, media relations, community relations, grassroots outreach, paid media, social media, video/commercial production, and event planning. Under Laura’s leadership, the integrated communications campaign executed by Diversity to inform low-income and minority New Jersey residents affected by Superstorm Sandy about the availability of new financial assistance programs exceeded all expectations. Door-to-door canvassing reached nearly 50,000 households in a three-month period. Online, mobile, and print advertising, featuring creative in 12 languages, delivered five times more impressions than budgeted and a nearly four-fold return on investment. Laura holds a BA in Communications from Seton Hall University.
