Senior Vice President

Susan is the agency’s senior marketing strategist, with deep experience developing customized marketing communications campaigns that raise awareness, educate and engage key audiences, change consumer behavior, and drive action. She has directed national initiatives for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and U.S. Department of Labor as well as targeted programs at the state and local level. Her expertise spans market research and analysis, strategic program development, partnership cultivation, and content development.

Susan served as Managing Partner from 2015 to 2025. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
